About Norbert Gottenberg

Before founding Gottenberg Associates, Norbert was the Recruiting Partner at Kleiner Perkins, where he recruited top executives and Board members for the firm’s portfolio companies and advised portfolio company CEOs on strategic human capital issues.

Previously, he was a senior partner at two of the country’s leading search firms, Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds. Prior to executive search, he held executive positions at General Electric, Lehman Brothers and Deloitte.

Norbert holds a B.S. degree in Management Science and Operations Research from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of New Haven.
